The celebration of Halloween was derailed last year -- and Trick-or-Treat day ultimately canceled -- due to superstorm Sandy. This October, make up for it by being creepy all month long.
A witch's cauldron of activities unfolds in the weeks leading up to the Big Day, from the Spooky Fest at the Center for Science Teaching and Learning in Rockville Centre to performances of "The Littlest Witch" at the BayWay Arts Center in East Islip to the chance to create Rockin' Little Monsters at the Long Island Children's Museum in Garden City. So put in those fangs, paste on that wart, and get out there.
