Kids who are foodies may be interested in watching the documentary “What’s on Your Plate?” and then joining in an optional vegetarian sushi-making workshop Saturday at Cinema Arts Centre in Huntington.

“What’s on Your Plate?” is a 74-minute film that educates kids on where their food comes from, food politics and more. Filmed over the course of one year, it follows two 11-year-old city kids who talk to food activists, farmers and storekeepers.
