Pick up "The S'Mores Cookbook: From Chocolate Marshmallow French Toast to a S'mores Cheesecake Recipe, Treat Yourself to S'more of Everything" (Adams Media, $18.95) by Susan Whetzel, and you and the kids will be happily fortified until next campfire season.
Cooking with the kids is a snap with "4 Ingredients Kids: Simple, Healthy Fun in the Kitchen" (Atria Paperback, $16) by Kim McCosker. Recipes include Purple Pancakes, Pizzadilla and Veggie Ribbon Pasta.
TV personality Kate Gosselin shares the recipes she uses with her eight kids in "Love Is in the Mix: Making Meals Into Memories With Family-Friendly Recipes, Tips and Traditions" (HCI Books, $22.95). The book comes out Tuesday.
