On Monday, Oct. 31, head to IHOPs on Long Island and your kids can eat for free.

At participating IHOP restaurants, families who dine in with kids can create their own monster masterpiece by decorating their own personal Scary Face Pancake. Scary Face Pancakes are topped with whipped cream, a strawberry nose and two mini OREO cookies and candy corn to perfect your child’s creation.
