My physical education teachers made up a new game: Bulldog Ball. Bulldog Ball is so much fun to play. We play class versus class against the other fifth-grade classes.
The rules of the game are both classes line up at either side of the gym. The goal nets are on the opposite side of the classes.
Three kids from each team go to the center of the gym and the gym teacher throws the ball in the air and whomever gets the ball first has possession of the ball.
Once you have the ball, you have to try to not get tagged by the other team. If you get tagged you have to stop and pass to your teammate and try to score a goal. Based on the number of times you pass the ball, that is the number of points you get.
The team that has the most points after 20 minutes wins. Since we began playing this game, both classes are tied with three wins each. I can’t wait until we play again!
