It’s springtime, and summer is almost here. It’s time to run that lap, burn those calories. You want to look good for the summer, don’t you? I am here to help with my top ways to stay in shape. I play many sports, but when I am not playing sports I am staying active with these tips. Here is what I do:

1. Eat healthy. You know what you need to pass up once in a while to make you feel and look better.

2. Play with siblings or friends. It’s always more fun than just playing alone.

3. Take your dog or pet for a walk . . . a long walk! You will both feel better.

4. Drink lots of water.
