There are many ways to relax and not be stressed from school. Stress is not what you want. Here are some ways to make sure you are not too stressed out from school:

n Do not do all your homework at once if it is due in a week or more. You can split it up in half. Do a little bit every day.

n Go outside and have fun with your friends.

n Take little snack breaks to boost up your energy.

n Go out and exercise in the nice weather.

n Have a nice nap.
