Hats at the Royal Wedding
Whether a massive confection in straw like the one worn by the Queen’s granddaughter Zara Phillips, or one of the more diminutive, if no less dramatic, “fascinators” worn by Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice of York, hats are as obligatory at a royal wedding as good manners. So what, we’re wondering, was Samantha Cameron, wife of Britain's Prime Minister David Cameron, trying to say by going with just a tiny barrette-like do-dad on her head?
