DeGeneres, who attended with her wife, Portia De Rossi, would've gone into interior design if the comedy thing hadn't worked out, she notes in her new book, "Ellen DeGeneres Home."

As she says in the coffee table book's introduction, "As corny as it sounds,' to me, home is where the heart is. (Note to self: That's a great phrase. Look into trademarking.)"
