Marchesa designs 'Hurricane Sandy' relief T-shirt

It's been almost four months since superstorm Sandy blew through Long Island and the surrounding areas, but many are still trying to recover.
To help, Marchesa co-founder Georgina Chapman has designed a one-of-a-kind I love New York T-shirt to benefit Doctors of the World-USA's Hurricane Sandy relief campaign to help provide long-term health care services to severely affected residents of the Rockaways.
"Hurricane Sandy had a devastating impact on our region, and the funds generated by the T-Shirt will provide vital health care services to the residents in the Rockaways," Henry E. Chang, Doctors of the World-USA's executive director, said.
The Tees, a spin on the classic black and red I love New York shirts, are available now for pre-order at doctorsoftheworld.org/sandyshirt for $29.95, and 100 percent of proceeds will be donated to the relief efforts.
