Tory Burch presented her elegant, downright pretty collection for Fall 2013 in a swanky ballroom lit by crystal chandeliers at the Pierre Hotel on Fifth Avenue.

Inspired by the rich textures of Gustav Klimt’s portraits and the Art Nouveau movement, Burch’s looks were uber-embellished and classy, yet still maintained an air of whimsy.

Beetle prints turned out on blouses and turtlenecks -- yeah, sounds kind of weird -- but they were fabulous and fun.

Burch offered many tweed options, some shot with metallic thread, some beaded for extra glam. A golden, slim-fitting dress featured tonal patterning, a fluttery georgette job had a sequined color, and a wool crepe dress boasted huge jeweled buttons.

And then there were the shoes – dragonflies wrapped around the heels of shoes, for gals on the fly.
