What took them so long?  Jennifer Aniston (seems like a no-brainer)and Bruce Willis (yippie ki-yay) both have new scents joining the ranks of celebrities -- and there are loads -- who are selling their own branded fragrances.

Aniston’s sounds so lovely, and in fact is named “Lolavie.”  She described the fragrance as “Sexy and clean, floral, but not too flowery,” and as “a nonperfume perfume,” to Women’s Wear Daily.  “The first perfumes I ever wore were Miss Dior and Anais Anais,” she told the publication.  “My mother wore Caleche and my grandmother used a body splash that came in a big yellow jug that she kept by the bathtub.  Those were very strong scents.  Now I am not a big perfume-y fragrance fan.”

Instead, the new scent will be more of an extension of Anniston’s natural, easy-going California-girl persona evoking “the beach and flowers on a spring morning.”

It is being produced by the Falic Fashion Group, and according to WWD, will launch exclusively at Harrods in June, rolling out in the U.K. in July.  While distribution dates in the U.S. have not yet been determined, it will follow sometime after that.  The price for an 85-ml will be around $61.95.

You won’t be able to get your hands on Willis new scent – no word on the name, but we’re thinking it’s not “Die Hard,” unless you travel to Europe and Asia.  For now, there are no plans to sell it here.

Later this summer, Mary J. Blige will launch her first fragrance, “My Life,” according to WWD.   The name is apropos of the all the celebrity scents, because apparently, we all want a whiff of their high-profile existences.
