Top trends from New York Fashion Week
Spring 2013 is not for the faint of heart. Designers all over town made that message abundantly clear during Fashion Week, with their fresh takes on the coming season.
Lucky Magazine's senior market editor, Lynette Pone, called the collections "bold," adding, "Spring is not as feminine and florally as it has been in the past."
Marie Claire's Nina Garcia described the season's offerings as "aggressive."
Fashion expert Mary Alice Stephenson said, "There's a sexuality to everything, whether it's sculpted and harnessed or sheer and suggestive. It's kind of boardroom to bedroom."
