What They're Wearing: 'Bells are Ringing' celebration
Revelers recently turned out in Southampton to mark the 150th anniversary of President Abraham Lincoln’s signing of the Emancipation Proclamation. Presented by the Southampton Historical Museum, the “Bells Are Ringing” celebration ended at the Rogers Mansion, with poetry, food and live music.
