BASIC RUB FOR CHICKEN AND PORK
1 cup turbinado sugar
1/4 cup paprika
3 tablespoons packaged powdered lemonade
4 tablespoons ground black pepper
4 tablespoons ground ancho chili powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons kosher salt
Combine all ingredients.
Makes about 2 1/4 cups.
