Suffolk Theater gets top chef Tom Schaudel

Not only will the newly restored Suffolk Theater make its debut Saturday night, but so, too, will chef Tom Schaudel as its new culinary director. Schaudel, who is also executive chef at A Lure in Southold and Jewel in Melville, will be putting out the food for a time-travel “back to the thirties” cocktail party gala, with period music provided by Vince Giordana and the Nighthawks Orchestra.
