Branch out in your use of watermelon and turn it into a salad. Cut it into bite-size pieces and combine with mint, sliced red onion, feta, olives and fresh oregano. Toss with a simple vinaigrette, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Or take the melon and add it to lemonade for watermelon-ade. Seed the watermelon and cut into chunks to make 8 cups, then puree. Add to 4 cups lemonade.
