What They're Wearing: English Manor Luncheon

Let’s hear it for the ladies who lunch, especially if they do it in a lovely hat. The Children in Bloom committee at Old Westbury Gardens put on a luncheon in the style of an English tea to benefit programs for kids at the gardens. Guests were encouraged to wear something on their heads.
