This perch looking onto Great South Bay offers a la carte dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. Notable dishes: crab cake with avocado, mango salsa, and Meyer lemon aioli; pan-roasted sea scallops with lobster risotto; roasted striped bass with gnocchi and caponata; pappardelle Bolognese.
