Ristegio's, which earned a three-star rating in Newsday last year, has started offering a $35 four-course tasting menu every night except Friday and Saturday. Chef Richard Lanza also has updated the North Patchogue restaurant's lunch and dinner menus.
The tasting menu includes a choice of either the soup of the day or a spicy salmon sushi roll; house salad or Caesar salad; diver sea scallops or sirloin steak; and a selection from the day's desserts.
Ristegio's eclectic, a la carte menus take in plenty of sushi, including colorful rolls; tempura artichokes; sherried lobster bisque; roasted heritage pork tenderloin; marinated sirloin steak with a soy-based marinade; Maryland-style crab cake; and a traditional raw bar.Top restaurants for fine dining
