BLT Steak is spending a second summer in Southampton.
The warm-weather edition of the now-international chain opens on Friday, May 23, for dinner at 5:30 p.m. in The Capri resort. It will reside there through Labor Day weekend. The restaurant seats 110 inside and on the covered patio.
BLT is a combo of bistro and steakhouse. Expect cuts from hanger steak and filet mignon to 28-day, dry-aged strip steak and porterhouse for two; sauteed Dover sole with soy-caper brown butter; lemon-rosemary chicken; shellfish cocktails; a seafood platter; and, poolside, Cobb salad with lobster, a chicken club sandwich and a Black Angus burger.
Price range for appetizers is $13 to $36; main courses, $29 to $55.
