Cucina 25, which takes over the old Uncle Joe’s Pizzeria spot, specializes in Italian-American fare and casual American dishes at moderate prices, in addition to pizzas and calzones. You’ll find assorted Parmigianas, baked pastas, linguine with clam sauce, fettuccine Alfredo, penne Cucina with sausage and broccoli rabe plus peppers, seafood fra diavolo, salads, soups, panini and hero sandwiches. Co-owner Rob Manolio added that the pizzas include the mainstays as well as bruschetta pie and one capped with penne alla vodka.
