For those weekend mornings when you’d like someone else to wait on you, there’s a new option on the table. In the Miller Place spot that had been Sabai Thai Bistro, Flying Pig Cafe has opened, focusing on breakfast and lunch service as well as weekend dinners. And there’s a full bar.

Co-owner Jack Schwartz and company have assembled an expansive breakfast menu of the usual suspects along with a short list of specials such as eggs Benedict, breakfast burgers, huevos rancheros, cinnamon-bun pancakes and granola-crusted French toast. Lunch includes starters and salads, flatbreads and wraps, half-pound burgers and club sandwiches. Weekend dinner ranges from crabcakes and marinated artichokes to meatloaf and gravy or pork chops.

Prices range from $4 to $12 for starters and salads and $7 to $18 for entrees.

The handsome interior features plenty of natural light, hardwood floors, cushy banquettes and high-backed rattan chairs. The restaurant is open every day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. It reopens for dinner Thursday through Saturday at 4:30 with service until 9 p.m.
