Plattduestche Beer Hall in Franklin Square will host a wild-game dinner on Feb. 27. The five-course meal costs $65. Reservations are required. The dinner starts at 6 p.m.
On the menu are duck pate with port; a sausage sampler including wild boar-cranberry and chipotle-seasoned buffalo; cream of mushroom soup with chanterelles; pan-seared roasted pheasant breast, with truffle-oil mashed potatoes, green beans and bacon; and a warm apple torte. Beer, wine and soda are included.
