Greenport Harbor Brewing Co. beers will be poured alongside Mirabelle Restaurant and Tavern food at a July 24 dinner hosted by the Stony Brook restaurant.
The cost of the three-course beer-pairing dinner is $50 per person plus tax and tip. Dinner starts at 7 p.m.
The expected menu at the farm-to-table restaurant includes local striped bass with corn puree and pickled melon and minted pea ragout with Greenport's Summer Ale; fricassee of pork confit with chorizo sausage, clams and potato with the brewery's Otherside IPA; and Munster-Gerome cheese and port-cumin muffin with Black Duck Porter. An amuse-bouchee Long Island duck spring roll will arrive with Greenport Harbor Ale.
Mirabelle is situated in the Three Village Inn. Reservations are recommended.
