The dish on Long Island's restaurant and food scene.

So many lists of New Year's resolutions are headed by the vow to eat more healthfully and mindfully and, perhaps, lose some weight. With that in mind, Perfecto Mundo Latin Fusion Bistro in Commack has come out with a healthy choice menu geared to Weight Watchers points.

On the list of options: A chickpea and feta salad ($8, 4 points); a Southwestern black bean and roasted corn salad ($8, 4 points) and, as possible additions, 5 ounces of grilled chicken breast ($6, 5 points), 5 ounces of grilled shrimp ($8, 5 points) and 4 ounces of grilled skirt steak ($8, 10 points).
