This week, Peter M. Gianotti awards one star to  Parlay Gastropub, a booming bar-restaurant in Rockville Centre he calls true to its In Hops We Trust motto." One dish he recommends is the juicy onion-crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
