The counter-service eatery operates under the same principle as Chipotle Mexican Grill, wherein you pick out the ingredients you want in a taco, burrito, salad or quesadilla. Chef-owner Israel Guzman named as possible proteins: pulled pork, ground beef, steak, chicken and chorizo, among others.
Guzman also offers pupusas (stuffed El Salvadoran corn cakes) with a variety of fillings, such as cheese with pork and beans or zucchini and cheese. And you can get a full-scale carne asada dinner platter, as well.
