The dish on Long Island's restaurant and food scene.

Monsoon will be open tomorrow for a select clientele: Babylon residents who, for now at least, have lost their homes to superstorm Sandy. The four-star restaurant will open its doors from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., serving turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes — and the opportunity to watch some football on its big-screen televisions. You must call in advance to make a reservation.

Monsoon Asian Kitchen and Lounge is at 48 Deer Park Ave., Babylon, 631-587-4400.
