Still casting about for a Mother’s Day meal plan? In addition to this roundup of brunches, here are some restaurants that, as of this writing, still have availability:

If you want to see an actual mother in action, Lillian Dent will be running the dining room while her daughter runs the kitchen at the two women's LL Dent (221 Old Country Rd., Carle Place, 516-742-0940). The homestyle Southern restaurant is serving brunch (seatings at 11 a.m., 12:30 and 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.) and dinner, starting at 5 p.m.

Two options at the 4-star Panama Hatties (872 E. Jericho Tpke., Huntington Station, 631-351-1727): Brunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. will feature buffet appetizers and sit-down entrees. $45 for adults; $25 for children under 10. From 4 to 7:30 p.m., the complete dinner menu (plus a children's menu) will be served.

Four Food Studio & Cocktail Salon (515 Broadhollow Rd., Melville, 631-577-4444) will be serving an all-singing, all-dancing brunch with unlimited bloody marys and mimosas, omelet, carving, pasta and seafood stations, giftbags for moms and a petting zoo for the kids. Three seatings, at 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. $49 for adults, $29 for children 3 to 12.

The Mediterranean-inflected New American Bistro M (70 Glen Head Rd., Glen Head, 516-671-2498) will be serving a three-course prix fixe from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Cost: $52 for adults, $18 for children 12 and under.

In Syosset, the New American CoolFish (6800 Jericho Tpke.,  516-921-3250, tomschaudel.com) will feature a three-course brunch at $32 a person with seatings at noon and 2 p.m.. Included in the meal are a Champagne cocktail, Bloody Mary, mimosa or glass of wine, appetizer choice, entree and dessert.

The creative kitchen of Mosaic (418 North Country Rd., St. James, 631-584-2058) will be serving a three-course prix fixe from 1 to 7 p.m. $35.

The catering facility that used to house the late lamented Delano Mansion, The Woodlands (1 Southwoods Rd., Woodbury, 516-921-5707) is serving brunch at three seatings: 11 a.m., 1 and 3 p.m. $36 for adults, $18 for children 3 to12.

Finally, in conjunction with its baby-penguin-naming ceremony, Atlantis Marine World (431 East Main St., Riverhead, 631.208.9200, ext. 426) is holding its first ever Mother’s Day “bruncheon.” Space is available for the 3 p.m. seating. Enjoy waffle, omelet, carving, pasta, bread, salad, fruit, cheese and  stations in the Riverfront Room. $32.95 for adults, $27.95 for seniors and children 3 to 12. (Prices for Aquarium members are lower, and all prices include all-day admission.)
