It’s served on thick-cut sourdough and features white Cheddar, Swiss and Havarti melting together.

Grilled cheese ($12 to $16) is a signature item at this South Shore wine bar. It’s up to you: Get it with one, two or three cheeses. Choose among Gouda, Gruyere, mozzarella, Pecorino Romano, Brie, Cheddar or provolone. Tomatoes (which can make the sandwich a bit wet) are also an option.
