Flos Luncheonette at Corey Beach in Blue Point has been a summer standby since 1926. Now, the place has spawned a new Patchogue location with both indoor and outdoor seating. Unlike the original, though, this counter-serve eatery is situated downtown. And its open year-round.
The menu lists such American classics as a chili dog ($3.25), cheeseburger ($5.25), BLT wrap ($5.95), lobster roll ($13.50), dozen clams on the half shell ($9.95) and fried scallops ($6.25 small; $8.25 large). Theres also a kids meal ($5.95) a choice of chicken fingers, grilled cheese or hot dog with fries and a small drink.
