Barely a week old, the new Fuscamos Bar & Grill has moved into the Wantagh strip mall that last hosted the Half Full Tavern.
Although the place is owned by a few partners, it derives its name from two — manager Keith Amo and chef Chris Fusco. On Fusco’s menu: Gorgonzola steak tidbits ($10.95), seafood chowder ($8.95), a blackened chicken wrap ($11.95), shrimp scampi wrapped in bacon ($21.95) and a roster of burgers ($9.95-$10.95).
Some daily specials: $7 burgers all day on Tuesdays, wine flights and cheese on Thursday nights, Friday night DJ with sounds of the 80s and Saturday “date” night with wine specials and shared plates.
