Kerber's Farm in Huntington has hit the big time. The shop's cheddar-buttermilk biscuits are featured in the June issue of O, The Oprah Magazine.
Oprah's BFF Gayle King "went to town on these light, addictive heat-and-eat cheddar buttermilk biscuits, a signature creation of Kerber's Farm ... They use them for their egg sandwiches; we devour them any way we can." (Those sandwiches made Newsday's list of best dishes of 2014.)
