The "Italian Six Cheese Bianco" is among the specialty pies at the popular restaurant and pizzeria. The cheese toppings are shredded mozzarella, fontina, smoked mozzarella, Parmesan, fresh mozzarella and Gorgonzola. It's a harmonious, creamy, delicious combo, with a different taste in almost each bite. Depending on the type of pizza you order, the price is $14, $15 or $16.
Also on the specialty list is the husky "Sunday Meatball" pie, capped with caramelized onions, ricotta, grated cheese and mozzarella. And Emilio's is a dependable choice for Grandma pan pizza; the Grandpa pie, finished with seasoned breadcrumbs; and the stuffed vegetable number, completed with spinach, broccoli, roasted peppers, chopped tomato, garlic and mozzarella.
