Lombardi's on the Bay is beefing up spring dining with a prime-rib special.
The three-course, fixed-price dinner is available on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, from 3 p.m. until closing. Cost: $32 plus tax and tip. It includes a house salad, a 16-oz. prime rib with potatoes and seasonal vegetables, and dessert.
Lombardi's on the Bay is part of the group that includes Mamma Lombardi's in Holbrook and Lombardi's on the Sound in Port Jefferson. The Patchogue restaurant, on the former site of Louis XVI, offers an unobstructed view of Great South Bay.
