If youve been yearning for the Asian lacquered Chilean sea bass or kung pao calamari at Red Fish Grille in Plainview, better get there soon, since Sunday, June 9, will be its last day. This according to owner Art Bloom, who has been slowly but steadily renovating and refurbishing the site.
Bloom first launched Red Fish back in 2002, after transforming an earlier incarnation of his, Fat Arties. He will be making another such transformation, when Red Fish becomes Morrison's, a gastropub serving southern comfort dishes and craft beers. He is aiming to reopen late next week.
