The dish on Long Island's restaurant and food scene.

This year, four Long Island restaurants are offering motivation to brave the snow and eat out.

In Huntington, Tutto Pazzo features a 25 percent discount all Friday. That’s the traditional rate, it seems, for a snow depth of 5 to 10 inches. The discount covers food only, and the tab must be paid in cash

Also on Friday, J.Michaels Tuscan Steakhouse in Northport and Oyster Bay will offer a 20 percent blizzard discount off the entire check.

Tutto Pazzo is at 84 N. New York Ave., Huntington, 631-271-2253,

Uncle Bacala’s is at 2370 Jericho Tpke., Garden City Park, 516-739-0505,
