Sumou, a 13-year-old standby for Japanese food in Bay Shore, just opened a Bethpage offshoot, now serving sushi and more in the former digs of Ozumo. Owner Gary Hu said the past six months have been spent in renovation.
On Sumou’s menu: shrimp dumpling soup ($5), crispy duck salad ($11), tuna and avocado pizza ($11), a spider roll ($11), fish teriyaki ($15) and seafood tempura ($16).
