Tang Asian Fusion is a small but attractive new Copiague spot offering takeout and delivery as well as table service. Like most Long Island Asian fusion spots, it has a sushi bar.
The high point of an initial visit was a main course-sized bowl of Chinese egg noodle soup with roast pork and shrimp dumplings ($8.95) — so hearty and satisfying. While a Thai red curry with chicken ($9.95) fell flat — the poultry had been deep fried and was encased in a cornstarch batter — the sushi bar came through with a fresh and fiery yellowtail jalapeño roll ($5).
