The dish on Long Island's restaurant and food scene.

Airport dining gets a prime boost tomorrow when The Palm restaurant group opens a bar and grill at Kennedy International Airport. It should brace you for the delays.

The Palm, known for its steaks and lobsters, will offer a slightly different menu at Terminal 4. But fliers still will be able to prepare for the rigors of 2010 travel with choices that include strip steak, filet mignon, steak frites, and steak au poivre, plus "steakburgers," entree-size salads and Nova Scotia lobster tails. The appetizers range from sesame-seared ahi tuna and the obligatory shrimp cocktail to filet mignon sliders, pasta e fagioli and New England-style clam chowder.

There's a Palm at the Huntting Inn in East Hampton, at 94 Main St.; 631-324-0411.
