The sponsors of the event include some of Long Island's major breweries.

You must be 21 and over to attend. VIP admission, from noon to 4 p.m., is $125; general admission, from 1 to 4 p.m., is $100.

The menu includes charcuterie, terrines, grilled sausages, pork-belly schwarma, Montauk Pearl oysters, potato rolls, pretzels and local vegetables.
