There’s going to be a lot more rosé poured in the Hamptons this weekend.

The second Wôlffer Kitchen is slated to open in Amagansett Sunday for dinner.

The initial Wôlffer Kitchen arrived in 2015 in Sag Harbor. They are the first two restaurants opened by a Long Island winery, Wôlffer Estate in Sagaponack. The chef is Brian Cheewing, who also oversees both kitchens.

Diners should expect coastal cooking, with dishes such as cured salmon, lobster-scallop ceviche, grilled calamari, fried sardines, a lobster Cobb salad, and pizzettes.

Main courses take in scallops with fava beans and morels, organic salmon with coconut red curry, and sirloin steak finished with Wôlffer red wine sauce.

Main courses are $35 to $42; openers and salads, $16 to $35.

Wôlffer winemaker and partner Roman Roth said the all-American wine list reflects the East and West coasts, so diners may compare the styles “to make it a little more interesting.” Róses are a specialty of the winery.

Wôlffer Kitchen in Amagansett will be open seven days from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., in the former site of The Meeting House.
