Shiver me timbers … another pirate joint washes ashore, this time in Islip.

Port Royal Grille has been serving grub and grog since late October in the storefront that used to house Island BBQ and Grill. The smoker remains, so, along with seafood, salads and sandwiches, the crew is serving up pulled pork and baby back ribs.

But the big booty is the selection of wings, says co-owner Anthony Mastrantonio. He and chef Mark Wade came up with a mind-blowing list of sauces that includes piña colada coconut, mocha Java barbecue and pomegranate jalapeño. If you want to order the hottest version of Buffalo wings (made with ghost peppers, purportedly, the hottest on earth) you’ve got to sign a waiver. Beats walking the plank. Or does it?
