Need the perfect excuse to drink too many margaritas tonight? That's right, it's Cinco de Mayo. So what if it's not an authentic holiday, that it's Americanized and to some, played out. Don't let the haters get you down. As soon as you've had your first sip of frozen tequila bliss, your worries will be erased.

Last spring I had the pleasure of shooting a video in Rockville Centre at a number of restaurants, including a dessert and drinks course at Cabo. Let me tell you friends, this place does not mess around when it comes to the 'ritas. Whether you prefer yours on the rocks or frozen to perfection, served in a glass or in a coconut (yes, you read that correctly), standard or fruity (mango, passion fruit and raspberry are all options), this is your spot.

If you want a truly sinful evening, go straight for the fried Oreos for dessert.
