We've got this fella in our office. We'll call him the A-Train. Worked here for about three years or so. He lives in Northport.

On the next nice sunny day, you need to high-tail it over to Northport's Harbor Square (right off Main Street) and get yourself some custard from Wolfies (42 Woodbine Ave.). It's ridiculously good. Brace yourself here, folks. Wolfies Custard is better than Ralph's Italian Ices. Yeah, I said it.

More than 50 flavors in all, but they vary from day to day. We sampled the strawberry and oreo mint flavors last Sunday, and we're already dreaming of the next trip for some Texas Peanut Butter and Sour Green Apple.

OK, sure the custard tastes good and is somewhat reasonably priced (a single scoop cup is $3.49). But it gets better. Somehow, inside that single scoop of delectable dessert is just 150 calories. What? Uh huh. OK. Shut up.
