Harbor Market and Kitchen, a new upscale takeout shop, opened with fanfare  Thursday in Sag Harbor. Formerly Espressoas, the exterior has been refreshed with striped awnings, picture windows, and rustic barn doors. Inside, the kitchen has been opened up, shiny subway tiles cover the walls and the wood-beamed ceilings soar.

Right now, owners Paul and Susana Del Favero are serving eight different pizzas including wild mushroom, roasted cauliflower and butternut squash from a newly installed wood-burning oven and a variety of baked goods including homemade brownies and cinnamon buns.

In the coming weeks, theyall expand the menu to include fish tacos, falafel, lobster rolls and other summery items.

Paul was the chef who put Nick & Tonias on the map in the '90s before moving to Las Vegas to work for Bobby Flay. Expect his Hamptons return to include sandwiches, soups and salads using locally sourced ingredients.

Although the Del Faveros expect most of the food to be taken away, theyave installed a few tables in the back where customers can sit, eat and watch what is surely going to be a scene in the coming months.
