SuperTracker (nwsdy.li/supertracker) is an all-in-one research tool that offers nutritional information on foods and helps users create and manage a diet individualized for their needs. You can also set goals for weight, nutrition and exercise and get help from "virtual coaches." SuperTracker, which has added 5.5 million registered users since it was launched in 2011, also helps users manage chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes.

The newly added dieting technology is from the National Institutes of Health body weight planner tool, which adjusts for body-weight differences and changing nutritional needs as people get older.
