Authorities were searching for a missing woman just outside Gilgo Beach Sunday.

Suffolk County police said they received a 911 call at 11:20 a.m. from a caller who reported coming across personal items near Ocean Walk in Gilgo. Suffolk police then arrived, searching for a missing woman from New York City.
