Bayville man charged in bottle attack
A Bayville man struck another man in the head with a glass bottle, then broke three chairs during an argument early Monday in the home where both men live, police said. William Finn, 45, of Wanser Avenue, was arrested charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief, police said.
